  • June 24, 2026: AEONRG announces that Grant Mallalieu has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer.
    Grant is a veteran US Army leader with a B.S. in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and master’s degrees in business and government from The Wharton School and Harvard University. He also brings prior experience from Boston Consulting Group’s federal practice, with a track record of delivering outcomes in public-private collaboration.
    In his role as CEO, Grant will lead AEONRG’s continued growth while working alongside President Bill Belknap. Together, Grant and Bill will continue to focus on delivering high-quality construction and maintenance solutions, strengthening client relationships, and upholding the trust AEONRG has built with its customers.
    This milestone reflects AEONRG’s continued commitment to best-in-class leadership, operational excellence, and dependable performance across the projects and communities we serve.
    We are excited for this next chapter and grateful for the talented AEONRG team whose work continues to drive the company forward.
  • June – Cass Forkin, co-founder and Vice President, retires from AEONRG.
  • March – Cass Forkin named 2026 Remarkable Woman of the Year finalist by Nexstar Media Group.
  • January 6, 2026- AEONRG welcomes Grant Mallalieu as Vice President, Program Management, 
    Grant will lead company-wide initiatives as part of the company’s continuous focus on creating value for our customers. He brings deep experience as an Army veteran and from his work on federal projects as a strategy consultant at Boston Consulting Group. He received a BS in engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and an MPA from Harvard University. 
    The AEONRG team is thrilled to have Grant on board as we continue to strengthen our impact and capabilities.

  • Bill Belknap receives Veterans of Influence in Greater Philadelphia Area Award presented by Philadelphia Business Journal.
  • Cass Forkin, Vice President of AEONRG and Chair of Twilight Wish Foundation, recognized by Congressman Michael Fitzpatrick, for honoring Pennsylvania seniors and advocating for “Rosie the Riveters.”
  • Cass Forkin receives a letter from U.S. Senator Pat Toomey for her advocacy regarding the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and support for veterans’ healthcare benefits.
  • On March 12, 2015, AEONRG LLC presented Certificate of Special Recognition from Honorable Ryan A. Costello, 6th Congressional District of Pennsylvania, Member of Congress, upon the completion of the Veteran Institute for Procurement and in appreciation of outstanding efforts to grow a veteran-owned business in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
  • William Belknap receives personal Congressional Letter and a Certification of Appreciation in honor of his exemplary efforts and significant contribution from Jim Gerlach, Member of Congress, presented October 29, 2014, House of Representatives, Congress of the United States for participation on his Service Board Academy to find the best young men and women in the 6th District to attend our Academies and serve our nation.
  • AEONRG LLC receives the Highest award from the Chester County Pennsylvania SCORE Team when presented the Small Business Achievement Award 2014 for demonstrating a remarkable entrepreneurial spirit through discipline, hard work and a commitment to success.
  • Bill Belknap and Cass Forkin of AEONRG LLC receive personal Congressional Letter of congratulations from Jim Gerlach, Member of Congress dated May 5, 2014, House of Representatives, Congress of the United States, recognizing the 2014 Chester County SCORE Small Business Award.

  • AEONRG LLC receives a County of Chester Citation for recognition and congratulations from the Board of Commissioners of the County of Chester signed by Ryan Costello, Kathi Cozzone and Terrence Farrell on May 22, 2014 recognizing its contribution to Chester County’s business community.
