AEONRG History

AEONRG LLC was formed on March 7, 2012 as a Limited Liability Company and began the process of becoming certified through the VA as an SDVOSB. In 2013, we started contracting with state of Pennsylvania and Federal Government to provide a multitude of facility service needs. In 2014, AEONRG LLC received the highest award from the Chester County Pennsylvania SCORE Team, and the Small Business Achievement Award, and many Congressional and State Representative awards and congratulations. We are proud of our services and our accomplishments.  Since then we grew our business and helped veterans in many ways.

William J. Belknap Sr., MBA (known as Bill)

William J. Belknap, Sr. is the CEO and President of AEONRG, LLC. As the majority owner and retired Army Major who served ten years in the tank division, in the US and abroad in Turkey and Germany, and 10 years in government contracting, and, at the Pentagon for the Army Science Board, then 10 years at a major pharma company as a global facilities manager, Bill provides a wide array of services to include project management, management consulting and general contracting for the federal government facility data and MRO services.

Sir William J. Belknap, Sr. was knighted by the Knights of Malta in Philadelphia in 2013, and he received the 2016 Greater Philadelphia Area “Veterans of Influence Awardfrom the Philadelphia Business Journal and was highlighted in the June 2016 Philadelphia Business Journal. In addition, Bill was featured in an article entitled Achieving Outstanding Results in Corporate Vision an international magazine followed by CEOs in March 2017. He was featured as the Most Responsible CEO in Construction by Business Worldwide. In 2017, Bill received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the West Point Society of Philadelphia for serving a decade on the Executive Board, including 7 years as President.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to founding AEONRG, LLC, Bill served a Global Operations Manager with Pfizer, the world’s largest pharmaceutical company for 10 years. His primary duties were General Manager and Legislative Liaison of the Pfizer Animal Health, U.S. Operations, Customer Service and Learning Center located in Exton, PA. He was an Integrations Lead for companies that Pfizer Animal Health acquired managing numerous technology integration projects and founding the company’s Learning Center with cutting edge, industry leading technologies. Additional areas of expertise included major contributions to Pfizer’s corporate wide, Energy, Risk and EH&S Management Teams, new Facility Design and successful management of over 55 partnerships and vendors.

Before joining Pfizer in 2002, Major Belknap completed a 20-year U.S. Army career. His final military assignment was The Pentagon, where he served as the Director, Army Science Board (ASB). The ASB is the Army’s premiere advisory board that conducts threat, technology and security studies and assessments for the Secretary of the Army, Army Chief of Staff and other Army and Department of Defense leadership. The ASB’s efforts to define the Army’s far futures were recognized in a January 2001 formal ceremony by the Secretary of Defense.

Bill is a 1981 West Point graduate and holds a MBA from Wayne State University located in Detroit, MI. His military decorations include the Legion of Merit, Joint Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal with 4 Oak Leaf Clusters, and the Army’s elite Ranger Tab and Airborne Badge. He is married to Cass Forkin and together they have four children. His outside interests include travel, cycling and tennis. He is a published author, President, West Point Society of Philadelphia, Vice Chairman of the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry and Executive Committee, BOD member of the Chester County Workforce Investment Board.

Catherine P. Forkin, MBA (known as Cass)

Cass Forkin is Vice President of AEONRG, LLC, and helps our federal government, the number one owner of real estate, to service their buildings by providing quality cost effective solutions for Federal data and facility management contracting needs.

Cass is a finance director and has managed multi-million dollar ventures, healthcare conglomerates both for profit and nonprofit organizations. Ms. Forkin is also a public relations and marketing specialist working with national, regional and local multi media venues.

Ms. Forkin is a champion of women, veterans and seniors, a national award winning woman in business, a publisher, an author, an inspirational speaker and she holds an MBA in healthcare administration and an undergraduate degree in accounting, both from LaSalle University where she graduated Maxima Cum Laude, a Certificate in Banking, and, a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Foundation Center in New York.

Her career spans more than 30 years as an entrepreneur and executive in nonprofits, charitable causes, real estate, hospitals, practice management, managed care, behavioral healthcare, restaurants and banking. Cass has a passion to make our world a nicer place to live and to age. As a global humanitarian and philanthropist, she champions many charitable organizations in their start up phases. Cass serves as the president of CPT Consultants specializing in nonprofit management and is recognized nationally for founding Twilight Wish Foundation where she currently sits as Chairwoman. In 2003, Twilight Wish became the first national 501(c)3 charitable organization to grant wishes to seniors, and to veterans, in our country. Her mottos include “life is short, do it now” and “you CAN do it.” Recently, Cass Forkin and Twilight Wish Foundation helped support the legislation to honor the WWII Rosies who helped build the ships and planes that helped win World War II with a National Day for Rosie the Riveter movement. Seventy years overdue, this day was celebrated on March 21st, 2017.

Ms. Forkin has been featured by CNN’s “Impact Your World,” HLN’s “Leaders with Heart,” People magazine’s “Hero Amongst Us,” in USA Today, Woman’s World Magazine, Family Circle Magazine, among others. Cass is an inspirational national public speaker and an author. Cass is the recipient of numerous academic, political, business and community awards and was voted a national Top Ten Business Woman for American Business Women’s Association. Cass Forkin was awarded the 2018 Humanitarian of the Year by The Chapel of Four Chaplains in Philadelphia, PA.

She lives in Downingtown, PA, with her husband and together they have four grown children, a grandson and a dog named Rosie the Riveter.
